Like a bad penny, the heat exchanger has once again clogged up thus negating any real hot water . This time we will install a filter unit as had been attempted last year to try and stave off this annual headache.. It is a major problem with our exceptionally hard water and one which should be addressed by the commune rather than each individual. Job now done and back in full operational mode so we will see what transpires over the ensuing months
